Prefers nutritious, moist soils, sunny places, but can also grow in partial shade. In one place grows 5-6 years.
Propagated by dividing the bush (every 3-4 years) and sowing seeds directly into the ground in May or through seedlings, sowing seeds in April in seedling boxes. Planting depth is 0.3-0.5 cm. At a soil temperature of +15°C, seedlings appear on the 10-12th day. Seedlings dive in the phase of the 1st pair of true leaves, planted in open ground in June, maintaining a distance between plants of 20-30 cm.
